  If you can get a hold of the staff or if they let you see a vet, the staff is good.
  I waited in the lobby for an hour to have everyone that arrived after me go in first. I had made an emergency visit, I got so frustrated with them wasting my pets and my time that we left. It made me feel as if my pet was not important. They never communicated why there was such a long wait or they could have told me that they could not fit us in, I could have used that time to go to an emergency vet.
